How long does it take to make a piece of jewellery?

Your unique, handmade piece of jewellery has its own divine timeframe! It will take a minimum of three months from our end to create, but if you want to take extra time with a payment plan then this timeframe can be extended. Your special piece of House of Orion jewellery will always arrive at the perfect time!

Do you only make rings? Or can you make other types of jewellery?

Our jewellery collection began with rings and has now extended to pendants. We are open to making other types of jewellery, please email us at concierge@thehouseoforion.com.au to discuss other options.

Where is your jewellery made?

Our jewellery is handmade from start to finish in Melbourne, Australia by our qualified jeweller.

How much does your jewellery cost?

Our jewellery starts at $5,000 AUD, and ranges up to $20,000 AUD. The price is dependent upon what type of gemstone you select, whether it is a ring or pendant etc, what type of precious metal is used and the design of the setting.

We offer payment plans that start from $450 to make it easy and accessible for you.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes, we offer an interest free payment plan that does not incur any extra fees.

Is shipping included in the cost?

Yes, the cost to deliver your jewellery is covered. There are no hidden costs.

Please note: you may need to cover the cost of import tax/duties that are relevant to your country of residence.

What guarantee do you offer?

We offer a guarantee on the workmanship, materials and gemstone.

We do not provide a guarantee against damage, wear and tear.
